A poorly organized space, with communication barriers and constant distractions, can hinder task completion and affect the workplace atmosphere. This was the case for the Vacation Center (CPV), a nonprofit organization that, aware of the limitations of its office and budget, decided to undertake a remodeling project to improve space functionality. To achieve this goal, AmbienTo D\u00e9co utilized its BPT method, focusing on active listening and 3D digital modeling.<\/p><p class=\"textojustificado\" style=\"margin-bottom:1rem\">Le CPV a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi commun \u00e0 de nombreuses organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif: offrir le meilleur service public tout en garantissant un environnement de travail optimal pour les employ\u00e9s. Chaque jour, le bureau accueille des immigrants, des personnes vuln\u00e9rables et des coordinateurs d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un flux constant de visiteurs. Cependant, l'absence de divisions et d'espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s a entra\u00een\u00e9 une atmosph\u00e8re chaotique. Le personnel administratif a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement affect\u00e9, devant g\u00e9rer \u00e0 la fois les interactions avec les visiteurs et le bruit de fond constant qui nuisait \u00e0 leur concentration.<\/p><p class=\"textojustificado\" style=\"margin-bottom:1rem\">Beginning in early September 2021, AmbienTo D\u00e9co interviewed the recreation director and her personal secretary to gather suggestions and complaints to understand the issues from the employees\u2019 perspectives. From these conversations, the creation of distinct work areas was prioritized to facilitate customer service and improve staff efficiency. Key proposals included establishing a small break room with an attached kitchenette, dividing the single desk into several workstations, and assigning specific spaces for reception and computer equipment.<\/p><p class=\"textojustificado\" style=\"margin-bottom:1rem\">Une fois la phase de r\u00e9flexion termin\u00e9e, la prochaine \u00e9tape consistait \u00e0 planifier le projet. En raison de l'interaction constante avec les clients, un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique en 3D a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour visualiser chaque d\u00e9tail et \u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 de la division de l'espace. Cette r\u00e9organisation spatiale a permis de mettre en lumi\u00e8re des aspects jusqu'alors ignor\u00e9s et a facilit\u00e9 l'approbation unanime de ce projet, ainsi que d'autres qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9s. Le nouveau design a optimis\u00e9 les niveaux de bruit, la qualit\u00e9 de l'air et l'\u00e9clairage, permettant \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe de communication et de marketing d'int\u00e9grer le nouveau branding de l'entreprise.<\/p><p class=\"textojustificado\" style=\"margin-bottom:1rem\">The remodeling of Le CPV\u2019s office not only transformed the work environment but also marked a turning point in the space\u2019s functionality and efficiency. Thanks to AmbienTo D\u00e9co\u2019s BPT methodology, which combined active listening with 3D digital modeling, solutions were created that addressed both employee needs and public demands. The new design, featuring specific areas for each function and materials that improved acoustics and lighting, optimized daily work and allowed Le CPV to align with its new corporate identity. This project demonstrates how a comprehensive approach to interior design can enhance workplace quality of life and strengthen an organization\u2019s identity, even in challenging contexts.<\/p><div
